Orders can only be cancelled before they have been picked and packed in our warehouse - sadly, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services team here as soon as possible after placing it so they can try to stop it from being processed.
Once an order has already been picked and packed, it cannot be cancelled. If this happens, you can return the order after delivery in line with our returns policy.
