Once your item(s) have been returned to us, please allow 10 working days for it to get back to us. All returns are inspected upon arrival at our returns department - once your return has been received and checked, a refund will be processed for the amount paid at time of purchase. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to reach your original payment method.
If you have not heard an update or received your refund by that time, please contact the Customer Care team here with your proof of returns postage so we can look into it further for you.
It’s important to ask for a postage receipt when making the return as we may require this on the rare occasion your return doesn’t arrive with us. Please note that without proof of postage, we may not be able to successfully process your return.
