Please note - Orders from Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Channel Islands, Jersey and Isle of Man are excluded from UK Express Delivery.

Our UK Express service is our fastest option.

All orders need to be placed before 10pm Monday to Friday and 2pm Saturday to Sunday. All orders dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks.

Your parcel will be sent with EVRi courier service. You will be sent an email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. A signature may be required dependant on weight and value of your order, so please make sure you give a delivery address where someone will be able to accept, or a safe place is available as parcels may be left in your nominated safe place or with a neighbour.

EVRi Click & Collect - 2-4 Days

Free EVRi Click & Collect Delivery available for orders over £15 (£1.99 for orders under £15).

EVRi ParcelShops and Locker deliveries offer an alternative to home delivery. It allows you to collect your order from over 10,000 locations throughout the UK with a large percentage open until 10pm, 7 days a week.

The co2 emissions of a ParcelShop Click & Collect delivery is over 200g less of a parcel delivered to your door.

Free UK Saver Delivery - 2-4 Days

Please note - Orders from Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands and Highlands are excluded from Free UK Saver Delivery. Deliveries to Jersey, Channel Islands and Isle of Man will take between 3-7 days and in some remote areas up to 10 days.

It's free! Simply spend over £25 with us and you will automatically qualify for our Free UK Saver Delivery option.

If you're not in when the parcel is delivered the courier will re-attempt delivery up to a maximum of three times. Please make sure you give a delivery address where someone will be able to accept, or a safe place is available as parcels may be left in your nominated safe place or with a neighbour.

 European Delivery - 3-7 Working Days

European Deliveries

European orders are sent by EVRi and passed on to the local courier. Your parcel should take between 3 and 7 working days (up to 10 days in remote areas) to be delivered to you depending on your exact location. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
