What is your Returns Policy?

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or causes a reaction, please contact our Customer Services team within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange a return and investigate the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
