You can return your item(s) to us using our free returns service with Evri.
Head over to Evri's return page here, search for "Gorgeous Retail Group Ltd" - you can then follow the instructions to arrange a collection of the parcel or to drop it off to a parcel shop near you.
It’s important to ask for a postage receipt when making the return as we may require this on the rare occasion your return doesn’t arrive with us - please send us your proof of return when you've sent the item back and we will get your order refunded to you.
Once processed, refunds can take 5-10 working days to reach your original payment method.
Please note that without proof of postage, we may not be able to successfully process your return.
