If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services team here as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue, including photographic evidence which clearly shows the damage you are describing.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for the item to be returned using a freepost returns label so it can be inspected, and we will then organise a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund where appropriate.
Please do not dispose of the damaged or faulty item before contacting us, as it may need to be returned for investigation.
