Orders may sometimes be sent in separate shipments to ensure that any delayed items do not hold up the rest of your order.
If an item appears to be missing, it may be on a separate delivery. Please check your dispatch confirmation email, which lists the items that have already been sent. If the item is not included in that email, it will be dispatched separately and may arrive later.
If the item is on the dispatch confirmation email and has not arrived in your parcel, please contact our Customer Care team here and we will be happy to assist you further.
